1. About the site

BOZ is an independent website where users can create topics, vote on options, and share opinions. It is not presented as a registered company or official commercial brand. The site may be changed, temporarily suspended, or limited.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Accounts are only for people who are at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively may be suspended or deleted.

3. Acceptable use

When using BOZ, you must not:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, violent, or hateful content.
• Spam, manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or automate abuse.
• Infringe others’ rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
• Attempt to disrupt the security or availability of the site.
• Publish deceptive or misleading content intended to harm other users.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the topics, options, opinions, and other content you create. By posting, you allow that content to be hosted, displayed, and stored so the site can work.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and complies with these terms. Content that violates the rules may be removed or restricted.

5. Voting and results

Votes and opinions are shown according to how the site works. Results reflect user activity and are not professional advice, guarantees, or statements of objective truth.

6. Site name, design, and code

The BOZ name, site design, interface, and program code belong to the person who runs the site (or, for open-licensed third-party parts, to their authors). Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use is not allowed. This is not a claim of a registered trademark — it simply protects the site’s own materials.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, there is no liability for indirect or consequential damages. There is no responsibility for user content or third-party actions.

8. Suspension

Accounts or content that violate these terms may be restricted, suspended, or deleted, with or without notice. You may stop using the site at any time; for account deletion, contact support@boz.az.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are written for an independent website operated in connection with the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting support@boz.az. If needed, matters may be considered under the applicable laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
